Paige Sears is a dedicated certified TMS Technician/Office Coordinator with a strong commitment to supporting patients throughout their mental health journey. Having completed her TMS certification, Paige plays an integral role in delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, ensuring each patient receives attentive, safe, and effective care.
 
Paige has experience working with both adults and adolescents in a structured and supportive treatment environment. She has helped care for individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, guiding them through the TMS process with empathy and encouragement. Her calm and reassuring presence helps create a comfortable atmosphere where patients feel at ease during treatment.
 
Committed to compassionate, patient-centered care, Paige takes a collaborative approach in her work. She partners closely with patients and the clinical team to support personalized treatment plans, emphasizing education, trust, and open communication. She is passionate about empowering patients and helping them feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way, whether their care includes TMS therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or other therapeutic interventions.
 
Outside of the office, Paige enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog, as well as practicing yoga to recharge and maintain balance. She brings that same sense of calm, positivity, and mindfulness into her work, enhancing the care experience for every patient she serves.

Eliana Alonso

Eliana Alonso is a dedicated practice Office Coordinator and Spanish Interpreter with over 16 years of experience in patient care and healthcare support. With a strong foundation as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every aspect of her work, ensuring that individuals and families feel welcomed, understood, and supported.
 
Eliana earned her Nurse Assistant I certification in 2010 and Nurse Assistant II certification in 2015 from South Piedmont Community College, and she is CPR certified through the American Red Cross. Her professional background spans a wide range of healthcare settings, including home care, long-term care, and hospital environments such as ICU/Progressive Care, Emergency Services, Behavioral Health, and Cardiac/Telemetry units. This diverse experience has shaped her into a highly organized, attentive, and adaptable professional with a calm and empathetic demeanor.
 
In her role as an office coordinator, Eliana excels at managing administrative operations while fostering a supportive and efficient environment for both patients and clinical staff. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she plays a vital role in bridging communication gaps, ensuring that Spanish-speaking patients receive clear, compassionate, and culturally sensitive support.
 
Eliana is especially passionate about building meaningful connections and promoting a sense of safety, dignity, and respect for every individual she serves. Her experience supporting female adolescents with eating disorders has further strengthened her ability to approach sensitive situations with empathy, trust, and encouragement.
 
Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient—helping to make each interaction seamless, respectful, and centered on overall well-being.
